Now through early October. Best time. Full product selection, time for samples, vector work, embroidery digitizing, and a real proof cycle. No rush fees.

Mid to late October. Still realistic for most apparel, drinkware, blankets, and gift kits. Approve proofs quickly. Quantities and colorways start tightening.

November. Limited SKUs. Expect rush charges and fewer decoration slots. Stick to simpler items and fewer imprint colors.

Early December. Only in-stock or very simple pieces. If you need embroidery, multi-item kits, or a specific color, you’re late.

People usually forget that logo cleanup, digitizing, and written proof approval take days — not hours. Build that in.

What to give (without making it look like leftover swag)
